call your friend, it will help you take your mind of everything and cheer you up
watch a funny movie to make you laugh and smile
think optimistically, think on the bright side of EVERYTHING. people who think sad thoughts, end up being sad
take a shower, yep get naked and wash away all the bad thoughts. you’ll feel refreshed after
get out of your bed, out of your room, and out of the house. go do something outside, play some sports, get active
listen to music. not sad, depressing music but anything you can sing or dance to
cry, it’s okay to let everything out sometimes. the longer you hold it in, the more it builds up and the worse it will be
write all the bad things on a piece of paper, then rip it up and throw it away. then write all the good things on a piece of paper (yes, there are good things) and keep it in a safe place, to look at whenever you’re sad
write a list of everything that makes you happy, then do go it
smile, it releases a chemical in your brain that will naturally make you feel happy
everyday you’re not dead in the ground is a good day. no matter what happens in the day, as long as you’re breathing, it’s a good day.
and if none of this works, call the kids helpline
it doesn’t show up on phonebills and completely anonymous
